My brother was an avid Ferrari owner and we were planning to participate in the Mille Miglia historic rally before a debilitating illness ended those plans and his Ferrari ownership.
He would have been the driver, of course, and I would have been the navigator. He was already looking for an eligible car.
Although our dream never came true, I hope that this year’s event can be held and those beautiful cars will once again pass through the beautiful Italian cities and countryside.
